I think my monitor is distorting this just a touch. The cabinets have a funky pattern to them. When I click on the photo to enlarge it, it has a lot of noise to it.
I do love the use of light because it is drawing my eye straight to pictures next to the microwave.
I'm not sure what to think about this one. I clicked on the thumbnail to get a better look at your photo. Looking a the larger view, I cannot tell if any part of the photo is in focus. In your B&W conversion, did you add some film grain?
i went outside and shot through window the cards hanging on the wall had the most light and were my focus point i shot in b/w hoping to do mystery shadow thing and manipulated shadows in adobe and brightness so i think with iso 800 and all it had a grainny look and i artisticly pleased with that even tho it is a lousy picture i think in a thousand years they may say "what was he thinking!" thanks for looking
